However, if damage occurs, please note the following points:<\/p>\n<p>Please inform us within three days at info@fillou.com about the damage that has occurred. Please include the order number (IX-&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>As the recipient of an externally visibly damaged consignment, please note the damage on the consignment note or delivery receipt from the delivery driver (e.g. &#8220;Parcel heavily dented on the top right) and have this acknowledged by the delivery driver.
